Delete your WishMe account
This page explains how to request deletion of your WishMe account
and all data associated with it.
📱 Option 1 — delete directly in the app
- 1Open the WishMe app and sign in to your account.
- 2Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3Tap Remove account.
- 4Confirm by tapping Yes. Your account will be scheduled for permanent removal.
✉️ Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- 1Write to wishme.ai.alerts@gmail.com from the email address your WishMe account is registered to.
- 2Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- 3We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and schedule the deletion. You will receive a confirmation reply.

🗑️ What data will be deleted
Once the deletion is completed, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
Account & profile
Email address
Avatar & photos
Contacts & birthdays
Events & holidays
Interests & professions
AI greetings & postcards
App settings
Push tokens & devices
🗄️ What data is kept, and for how long

Deleted 7 days after the request. During these 7 days you can cancel the deletion
by signing back in to the app.

| Encrypted server backups |
Residual copies are rotated and permanently overwritten within 30 days after
account deletion.

| Purchase & billing records |
Processed by Google Play and our subscription provider (RevenueCat); retained by them as required by
law and their own policies. We do not store your payment details.

| Support correspondence |
Emails you send to our support address may be kept for up to 12 months to handle
follow-up questions and legal obligations.

Grace period: after you request deletion, your account is deactivated and scheduled for
permanent removal in 7 days. If you change your mind, simply sign back in to the app within
this period — the deletion will be cancelled. After the 7 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
