Welcome to the WishMe mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the App.

2.6. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Please note that this will result in permanent deletion of all your data.
3.1. Guest mode allows you to use the App without creating an account. Only a limited set of features is available in this mode.

4.3. You agree to use the App exclusively for personal and lawful purposes, without violating the rights of third parties or interfering with the operation of the service.
5.1. Attempting to hack, modify, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App is prohibited.
5.2. You have the right to delete your account through the App settings. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
5.3. Within 7 days of account deletion, you have the opportunity to restore your profile. After this period, data is permanently deleted.
5.4. The Developer reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to or delete a user account in case of violation of these Terms.
6.1. All materials in the App, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, source code, design, icons, and other interface elements, are the intellectual property of the Developer or third parties who have granted licenses for their use. All rights are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. A limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license is granted to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer App materials without the express permission of the rights holders.

7.2. Templates and greeting recommendations provided by the App are for informational and creative purposes only. The Developer is not responsible for how greetings are received by their recipients.
7.3. The Developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or other consequences arising from the use of the App, including in guest mode.
7.4. The Developer is not responsible for technical failures, data loss, or App unavailability due to technical reasons.
8.1. The App offers paid features including premium access, advanced greeting personalization, additional templates, an ad-free experience, and other tools. The set of paid features may vary depending on the App version.
8.2. Subscription payments are processed through app stores (App Store or Google Play). All payments and subscriptions are governed by the refund and cancellation policies of these platforms. The Developer is not responsible for refunds or changes to subscription terms regulated by third-party platforms.
8.3. If a subscription is cancelled, all paid features will be suspended at the end of the current paid period. You will be moved to the free version of the App.
9.1. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device or deactivating your account through the settings. After account deletion, all data will be permanently deleted (unless the recovery period specified in clause 5.3 has not yet expired).
9.2. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App or restrict access to its features in case of your violation of these Terms. In such cases, access may be temporarily or permanently restricted without prior notice.
9.3. The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. All changes take effect upon publication on the website or in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
9.4. The Developer may discontinue the App at any time for technical or commercial reasons. Users will be notified in advance where possible.
9.5. Refunds for purchased paid features or subscriptions are handled in accordance with the policies of the app stores (App Store, Google Play). The Developer is not responsible for refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
