Welcome to the mobile application "WomanMood" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). Before using the Application, please carefully read these Terms of Use. By installing and using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the Application.

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Application and the provision of its functionality to users.

2. Registration and Account

2.1.

Registration is required to use the Application. It is necessary to save your data, personalize predictions and synchronize information between devices.

Registration and login to the Application are performed using an email address. Depending on the registration method, confirmation may require entering a one-time code or may occur automatically.

You agree to use only a valid email address that belongs to you.

You are responsible for the security of access to your email, as it is used to log in to the Application.

The Developer reserves the right to block or delete a user account in case of violation of these Terms.

You can delete your account through the Application settings. Please note that this will result in permanent deletion of all your data.

3. Functionality and Use of the Application

3.1.

The Application provides the following features:

The Application may integrate with wearable devices (e.g., smartwatches) to obtain additional data on physical activity, heart rate, sleep and other indicators. This data is used for more accurate predictions and health status analysis.

Predictions and recommendations in the Application are based on user-entered data and analysis algorithms, however they are not medical conclusions. If health problems occur, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

You agree to use the Application exclusively for personal and lawful purposes, without violating the rights of third parties or interfering with the operation of the service.

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

4.1.

Attempting to hack, modify or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Application is prohibited.

4.2.

You have the right to delete your account through the Application settings. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

4.3.

Within 7 days after account deletion, you have the opportunity to restore your profile. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

The Developer reserves the right to temporarily restrict access or delete a user account in case of violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1.

All materials available in the Application, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, program code, design, icons and other interface elements, are the intellectual property of the Developer or third parties who have provided licenses for the use of these materials. All rights to these materials are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

5.2.

A limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license is granted to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell or transfer the materials of the Application without the express permission of the intellectual property owners.

If you violate the terms of these Terms, the license to use the Application may be revoked, and access to the Application may be suspended or restricted.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1.

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Developer does not provide any warranties regarding the operation of the Application, accuracy, reliability, availability or suitability for particular purposes.

6.2.

Health status predictions and recommendations provided by the Application are based on data that you enter into the system, as well as information obtained from wearable devices (e.g., smartwatches). Predictions about menstrual cycles, ovulation and health status are the result of the Application's algorithms and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. These predictions are for informational purposes only and do not replace consultation with a qualified doctor.

6.3.

The Developer is not responsible for any damages, losses, violations or other consequences that may arise from the use of the Application, including but not limited to problems with data accuracy, calculation errors or incorrect predictions. You are solely responsible for using the Application and interpreting information obtained through it.

6.4.

The Application is not a medical tool and cannot replace diagnosis, treatment or recommendations provided by medical professionals. All predictions and advice provided by the Application are general and are not intended to replace consultation with a doctor. If health problems occur or if you have doubts about your condition, you should consult a specialist.

6.5.

When using the Application with wearable devices such as smartwatches, data obtained from these devices may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Developer is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of data transmitted from third-party devices and cannot guarantee their correctness.

6.6.

The Developer is not responsible for technical failures, data loss or unavailability of the Application for technical reasons.

7. Subscription and Paid Features

7.1.

The Application offers users paid features such as premium access, additional health tracking capabilities, personalized predictions, advanced analytical tools and ad-free experience. Paid features may vary depending on the Application version.

7.2.

The user has the right to a one-time activation of a free trial period of 40 days, during which full access to all paid features of the Application is provided. The trial period begins from the moment of its activation and does not require subscription registration. Trial period activation is possible only once on one device.

7.3.

After the end of the free 40-day period, the subscription does not renew automatically. At the end of the free period, you will receive a notification about the need to choose one of the offered tariff plans. If you decide to continue using paid features, you will be prompted to select and pay for a suitable plan. If you refuse to subscribe, you will continue to use the Application with limited access.

7.4.

Subscription payment is made through app stores (e.g., App Store or Google Play). All payments and subscriptions are governed by refund and cancellation policies established by these platforms. The Developer is not responsible for refunds or changes to subscription terms regulated by third-party platforms.

7.5.

In case of subscription cancellation, all available paid features will be suspended from the moment the current paid period ends. You will be transferred to the free version of the Application.

8. Termination of Terms

8.1.

You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting the application from your device or deactivating your account through settings. After deleting an account, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery (if the recovery period specified in clause 4.4 has not passed).

8.2.

The Developer has the right to stop providing the Application or restrict access to its functionality in case of your violation of these Terms. In such cases, access to the Application may be temporarily or permanently restricted without prior notice.

8.3.

The Developer reserves the right at any time to modify, update or supplement these Terms. All changes come into force from the moment of publication on the website or in the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes means your agreement with the updated Terms.

8.4.

The Developer may at any time terminate the operation of the Application for technical or commercial reasons. In case of termination of the Application, users will be notified in advance if possible.

8.5.

Refunds for purchased paid features or subscriptions are made in accordance with the rules of app stores (App Store, Google Play). The Developer is not responsible for refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
